The proposal would have created a number of jobs.
Morrisons may well now appeal leaving the decision to an independent inspector who will follow national guidance after a council which is closing down for busines on 31st March voted.
It could be to their credit that the team practising to take over almost all the functions of local government have organised another  pilot area board meeting in Warminster.
The town council offices in North Row on Tuesday are likely to see former mayor Andrew Davis (not Davies) repeat his 'Cilla' impersonation (hot topic 26Th Feb).
This time the focus is those facing hardship with credit crunch being top of the agenda.
The Neighbourhood policing teams (NPT) hold drop-in centres and a community meeting regularly in War minster.
Their next drop-in centre allows the public to meet them at the Station Road police station next Wednesday (25th) at 10am.
For those that cannot make it during the day the next community meeting is at the 'Barn' behind the Mason's Arms in East Street at 7.30pm next Friday (25th Feb).
